Helping manufacturers and retailers turn slow supply chains into clear decisions, leaner processes and stronger teams. Based in Pune.

Operations director · lean leader · mentor

14 years making plants and warehousesfaster and easier to run.

Took an order to delivery cycle that ran nine days and got it to four, then kept it there. Now I run a 300 person operations team across three plants and two warehouses, where managers get the numbers while there is still time to act on them.

Why this matters

Operations are slow because nobody owns the handoffs.

Most plants already have the data. What they do not have is agreement on who owns each handoff, and by when. Without that, a two day job turns into six, and good people spend the week chasing instead of fixing.

Who this is for

Most people get in touch about one of three things.

  1. Orders that arrive too late

The cycle drags and nobody is quite sure which step is slow. We map it, fix it and hold it.

  2. Too much stock, still running out

Planning that releases cash without more stock-outs, product by product.

  3. Good people, firefighting all week

A daily rhythm and clear owners, so managers improve the work instead of chasing it.
